The unavoidable has happened, and to safeguard the vulnerable, a national lockdown will be implemented at midnight, the 26th of March. We realise the seriousness of the situation we collectively face as a nation. Therefore, to continue business as “usual”, most of the Vinsure staff will be working remotely. There will only be two staff members at the office per day and our business hours will change to 09:00-15:00, from Monday to Friday.
Our aim is to provide you with peace of mind and the best possible service during the tough time ahead.
Please consider the following to help us function at optimal levels to handle your requests with dual care and thoroughness.
- Please make use of emails for any communication with our staff.
- When you receive an Out of Office reply, please make sure that you forward that mail to the email address provided on the Out of Office reply. This will ensure that your request is dealt with faster.
- Please be patient with our advisors as they are doing their very best to be of service during a difficult time.
